Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SonaraAI's website and video-generation service at sonaraai.co.in (the "Service"), operated by SonaraAI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Credits & Payments
- New accounts receive a free credit allowance to try the Service, shown at signup and on your dashboard.
- Additional credits can be purchased through Razorpay in the packages listed on our pricing page. Prices are in INR unless stated otherwise.
- Credits are deducted when you generate a script, video, voiceover, or music track, at the rates shown in the app at the time of generation.
- Purchased credits are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in cases of a verified service failure on our end.
- We reserve the right to change credit costs or pricing going forward; changes won't affect credits you've already purchased.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
- Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
- Impersonates a real person without their consent or spreads deliberate misinformation;
- Violates YouTube's (or any connected platform's) Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, misuse the referral/credit system (e.g. fake signups), or attempt to abuse or overload the Service.
4. Your Content & YouTube Publishing
You retain ownership of the scripts, videos, and other content you generate through the Service. When you connect your YouTube channel and choose to publish, you do so under your own YouTube account and are solely responsible for that content complying with YouTube's policies and applicable law. We are not responsible for how third-party platforms treat content you choose to publish.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your input (scripts, prompts, uploaded media) solely to generate the output you requested, including sending it to the third-party AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Scripts, voiceovers, images, and videos are generated using third-party AI models. We don't guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated output — please review generated content before publishing it, especially for factual claims.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SonaraAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues caused by third-party AI providers, YouTube, or payment processors we integrate with.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits are generally forfeited upon account termination for a violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do — continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
